Return Policy for HOA

If an auction listing needs to be cancelled, full credit will be given if HOA receives notification within 48 hours after an auction listing first appears on our site. After that, we strongly recommend that your HOA auction listing be used to notify the public of the cancellation/rescheduling. Other extenuating circumstances resulting in an auction’s cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and HOA needs to be notified by the listing auctioneer as soon as the listing may need to be terminated. Any credits issued by HOA will be credited to the listing auctioneer’s account.
